Mimi is an original collectable Teddy Bear
hand made by me, Sasha Kleshcheva, in 2022.
She is 7¼" (18.5 cm) tall and fully 5-way jointed, with cotter-pin joints in her neck, arms and legs.

Mimi is made of traditional long-pile mohair with cotton inserts on her paws and inside ears, and filled with polyfill and woodwool.

She has English glass eyes, and hand-stitched waxed nose, and hand-stitched mouth...

...and claws, as well as a special Sasha's Bears label on her paw.

Mimi is a young bear
with a very good ear for music,
and great things are expected of her
when she grows up.

She does not play any instruments
(a bear’s paws are not
too well suited for most),
but she can hum
an entire Bearlioz symphony
or any of Bearthoven’s sonatas.

Her favourite musical genre is opera.
Everyone agrees that Mimi
has a wonderful voice,
so it is entirely possible that she will
soon enough fulfil her dream
of performing at Glyndbearne!

She is a proud owner of a label

Mimi was made to order as a birthday present.
